Toy Story DVD

The original Toy Story DVD was released back in 2000 after a successful VHS release. As it was one of the first DVD's to be released it only contained a few extra features which where, Tin Toy - An animated feature from Pixar, Toy Story making of 'featurette' and a trailer for the new Disney film, 'Monsters INC'.

During 2005 the Toy Story DVD was rereleased as a 10th anniversary edition with new limited edition packaging and loads of new extras including: 'Making Of Toy Story' 10th anniversar, Unseen deleted scenes, Behind the scenes of Toy Story, Designing Toy Story, An interactive 'Claw Game', Interviews with Steve Jobs, Michael Eisner and other crew and cast members and Character interviews.

During early 2010, Disney announced that they would be releasing Toy Story on a Bluray/DVD combo during 2010 and that they would also be releasing a Special Edition Toy Story DVD later in the year.

Andy's play toys, including Mr. Potatohead, a Slinky Dog, a giant dinosaur and some toy soldiers, are all led by Andys favourite toy, a pull string cowboy by the name of Woody. On Andy's birthday he receives a self deluded space ranger figure by the name of Buzz Lightyear, who soon becomes Andy's new favourite toy. Woody soon becomes jealous of Buzz.

However a turn of events soon see Buzz and Woody lost in the outside world and they are going to have to work together if they want to fine their way back to Andy. They need to be quick though, Andy and his family are moving house...tomorrow!
